DEFENSE BUDGET DEPT
Why do we need billions for defense when we have aerial craft, as
evidenced by the “flying triangles,” that can hover, accelerate to great
speeds, transform into different shapes, become invisible, and avoid
detection for over 30 years? And if by some chance these strange craft
are not ours, then billions of dollars are being wasted on either the
wrong enemy or the wrong intelligence. Something else is goin on. Something more than what is
appearing on our planetary stage.

“…fiscal 2003 budget includes $53.9 billion for research, development,
testing and evaluation, a $5.5 billion increase over fiscal 2002. The
budget requests $71.9 billion for procurement, a $7.6 billion increase.”
